This app allows you to scan the devices running on your network. It will tell you what kind of router you have and each device's name, along with its IP address.

Original Comments: This app is fairly accessible, however there are unlabeled buttons that, when double tapped, don't appear to do anything. I have emailed the developer, and they said they will address this for the next version, let's hope this is the case.
This free, "lite" version allows you to try IP Scanner to see if it suits your needs. It is therefore limited to displaying only the first 5 devices it finds. You may upgrade to the full version via in-app-purchase at any time.
