Found that the overall usage with this app is very easy and accessible to use. There is a Map area in the app which is obviously would not work with voice over but other than this it works great.

#1 A small problem in settings.
There is a accessibility issue in the app's settings, under the privacy settings and twitter and facebook connectivity settings.
let's take for example the twitter and facebook connectivity settings:
There is a list where are items to select and unselect. they define what messages are posted to twitter and/or facebook. unfortunately, simply double tapping the row doesn't do the thing. The trick is that there is a checkbox in the beginning of the row, wich is recognized only if dragging your finger around the screen.
I contacted @4sqSupport on twitter, and I hope they'll fix this issue in later update.
the same issue is in the privacy settings.
Otherwise this app is fully accessible.
I tested it on iPhone 4, iOs 5.1
