If you mean like a ringtone finder Use fun tones or ones like that. I love that program as it has all kinds of tones you can have emailed to you and downloaded to your phone.
I found a program called Converter, not sure if that is the apps main name, I found it in the app store under a search of ring tones. It is a free program, and is mostly accessible. The problem is, I have been able to convert the songs to the proper m4r format, but was only able to get three ringtones transferred to my iPhone. I have converted five more songs in to tones, but for some odd reason iTunes will not allow me to sync them to my phone. Give it a try, may be you will have better luck than me. I think I am having a transfer problem, not an app problem
